This shows the first phase of clearing in preparation for an additional 24 x 50 post frame building. This included removing trees, stumps, and brush. Trees were felled using a tree shear, stumps were removed via excavator, and branches and brush were mulched using a Forestry Cutter. Phase 2 was also completed which was the excavating for the foundation, followed by rough grading once concrete was completed.
The owner of this 2 acre lake lot wanted a campsite feel for their 40' Fifth wheel camper. A 24' wide lot access was built, followed by a tear drop turnaround within the lot allowing the truck and trailer easy access. The entire 2 acres was thinned out all the way to the water line... removing junk trees and keeping good oaks/maples/etc. when possible. Then the entire area was mulched and stumps and larger trees were hauled away
This lake lot was thick with brush/trees and uneven ground. Trees were felled and hauled away, branches were mulched, and then rough grading was done, followed by adding gravel for the building site and driveway.
This lake lot was thick with brush/trees, cleared a roadway, and built a camp site for a 5th Wheel Camper, added gravel and graded the driveway/parking pad.
The focus of this project was to increase the back yard area on a lot and improve the view of the lake. This project included removing an old farm fence, posts, and barb wire hidden in the tree line. Then removing trees, brush, stumps, and grubbing the area followed by soil conditioning in preparation for grass seed.
