Site prep - This project was preparing for a 44' * 72' pole building. This included removal of some large pine trees, scraping black dirt (which was 3 ft. thick on one side), and bringing in 240 yards of Class 5 / fill, then backfilling and completing rough grading. A final finish grade and soil conditioning was completed after this.
Finish and Rough Grading - This project is preparing for 5" of crushed asphalt millings to build the driveway. Surrounding area was graded to control water shedding and soil was conditioned to prepare for grass seed.
Installing new or repairing existing driveways and lot access / approaches. This project was originally just a small farm path to the road. Trees were removed, and access was widened to 30' and sloped for proper drainage. This project took 96 yards of Class 5 (rock, sand, clay mix)
Tree, brush, and stump removal - The focus of this project was to clear the are to make room for a new 24*48 shop for an RV. This project included removing an old farm fence and barb wire hidden in the tree line, removing trees, brush, stumps, and grubbing the area, in preparation for excavating for the foundation. Followed by soil conditioning in preparation for grass seed.
Moving trees, stumps, rocks, and performing general demolition.
