We use TopCon 3dGPS (Base, Rover, & Data Collector) to mark out the site, and determine material needs, elevations, while aligning with setback requirements. Then machines are outfitted with TopCon 3dGPS hardware and software to get grading right the first time, greatly reducing time to complete the job, thus saving the customer $$. 

We will engage local surveying and civil engineering companies that we routinely work with to meet your needs. This will assist in acquiring permits, variances, etc. providing survey maps, wetland delineations, etc. that can be used to obtain township, county, and state approvals for the project(s). 

At Rydell Excavating, we are PMI certified. If your project is large or complex and you require project management services, we can deliver.
