Black Dirt / Topsoil

We have a large stock pile of very rich black dirt / topsoil and are offering this in either screened or unscreened. Unscreened may have some miscellaneous roots, rocks, etc. in it, however if you are hiring us to also spread, grade and soil condition we can use the unscreened as we will remove those items in that process.

Topsoil / Black dirt (Screened) - $30.00 / ton

Screening Process

Using a Trommel Screener to screen and separate vegetation and rocks from scraped topsoil.

Benefits:

Removes larger rocks & gravel
Removes misc. vegetation.
Sifts material and reduces moisture content making it easier to work with by hand
